Cooling arm sleeves only work if they fit right and hold up to how you actually use them. Here's a quick guide to sizing, color, and material so you order the right pair the first time.
Finding Your Size
Our Cooling Arm Sleeves run M–2XL. As a general rule, go with the size that matches your regular t-shirt size — if you're between sizes, size up for a looser, cooler fit or size down for more compression. The non-slip silicone grip band at the top holds the sleeve in place regardless of size, so you don't need to size down just to keep it from sliding.
Choosing a Color
These sleeves come in five options, each suited to a different need:
- Safety Green — for jobsites where visibility matters.
- Black and Navy — versatile, low-profile options that work under any uniform.
- Royal Blue — a bright, easy-to-spot option for teams that color-code by crew.
- Green Camo — built for hunters, anglers, and anyone who wants their gear to disappear into the field. Browse more matching pieces in our Camouflage Collection.
Why the Material Matters
The sleeves are made from 100% polyester with UPF 50+ protection built in, blocking 98%+ of UV rays. The fabric is quick-drying and anti-UV, so sweat and weather don't slow you down, and each color is heat-transfer printed for a vibrant finish that holds up wash after wash. Care is simple: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the silicone grip band.
One More Thing: They're Sold as a Pair
Each order includes two sleeves — one for each arm — in the color and size you choose. Pair them with our safety shirts or safety vests for full coverage on the job.
