Returns & Exchanges
At Safety Apparel Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your safety gear. We stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee against manufacturing defects. While we strive to deliver high-quality items, occasional mistakes can occur. We are happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund for any clear manufacturing defects.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start a return, contact us at info@safetyapparelzone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and offer a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns for garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
Customized, personalized, or logo-added items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Damage
Safety Apparel Zone is not liable for items damaged in transit. Claims for such issues should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus return shipping if applicable). Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
