Branded workwear does two jobs at once. It makes your crew identifiable on a busy site, and it puts your company name in front of every homeowner, GC and passerby who watches your people work.
We supply custom-logo hi-vis and workwear at wholesale pricing — decorated on the same garments we stock, in full size runs. Send your artwork to info@safetyapparelzone.com and we will quote it.
What we can brand
Hi-vis outerwear
The highest-impact place to put a logo, because it is what people see from a distance and what your crew wears most of the year. Our Hi-Vis Class 3 Zip-Up Hoodie with Pockets is the most-requested piece for company branding — deep inventory, full size run, and enough flat chest and back space for a real logo rather than a shrunken one.
For cooler months, the Hi-Vis Class 3 Double Strip Zip-Up Jacket and the Reflective Zip-Up Windbreaker both decorate well.
Safety shirts
Left-chest logo, large back print, or both. Our safety shirt range covers short sleeve and long sleeve in ANSI colors. The Color Block Safety T-Shirt with Front Pocket is popular for branding because the darker panel gives your logo contrast that a full fluorescent shirt does not.
Safety vests
The cheapest way to brand a large crew, and the easiest to issue to subs and visitors. See the safety vest collection, including the 4-Pocket Hi-Vis Safety Vest.
Hats and caps
Embroidered caps are the item crew members actually keep and wear off the clock — which is free advertising. We stock blank hi-vis mesh trucker work hats along with a wider hats and caps selection.
Blank tees for volume branding
If you want branded shirts at the lowest possible per-unit cost — company picnics, safety-award giveaways, apprentice programs — start with a blank. The Jerzees 363M 100% cotton tee is stocked in deep quantities across colors and sizes and takes screen printing cleanly.

Getting your logo right on hi-vis
Decorating fluorescent safety fabric is not the same as printing a black cotton tee. A few things worth knowing before you send artwork:
- Contrast beats color accuracy. A logo in mid-tone grey or gold will disappear on safety green. Black, navy and white read best.
- Do not cover the reflective tape. Placing a print over retroreflective striping can compromise the garment's ANSI rating. We will position around it.
- Vector artwork saves you money. An .ai, .eps or .svg file goes straight to production. A logo pulled off a website usually needs redrawing first.
- Simplify for embroidery. Fine gradients and hairline text do not stitch. Bold marks do.
- Think about back placement. A large back logo is what gets read from across a site — and it is what identifies your crew to an inspector.
What to send us
Email info@safetyapparelzone.com with:
- Your logo file — vector if you have it, whatever you have if you do not
- Which garments you want it on (product links are ideal)
- Quantity and rough size breakdown
- Where you want the logo: left chest, full back, sleeve, cap front
- Whether the gear needs to stay ANSI compliant
- Your deadline
If you are still deciding what to order, our bulk hi-vis speccing guide walks through classes and size breakdowns, and the wholesale program overview covers who we supply.
One more piece of advice from experience: order branded cold-weather gear in late summer. Every contractor in the country tries to buy hoodies the same week the temperature drops, and decoration lead times stretch accordingly.
