Return & Refund Policy

At Safety Apparel Zone, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and straightforward return and refund policy. This document outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted to ensure clarity and understanding for our customers.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags still attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, customized, personalized, or have logos added are not eligible for return.

To maintain the integrity of our products, please avoid removing tags unless you are certain about keeping the item. Removing tags indicates the garment has been used and will void the return eligibility.

 Return Process

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  1. Contact us at info@safetyapparelzone.com to initiate the return.
  2. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For exchanges due to customer error, the customer is responsible for prepaying return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed for items that comply with the return policy.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately to resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
