Return and Refund Policy

At Safety Apparel Zone, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible. Below, you’ll find the details of our return and refund policy to ensure clarity for all our valued customers.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, customized, personalized, or had logos added are not eligible for return.

To maintain product integrity, please do not remove tags unless you are certain about keeping the item. Once the tags are removed, the garment is considered used and will no longer qualify for return.

Return Process

  • You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@safetyapparelzone.com.

  • While we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time, we can provide a return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the label will be the customer’s responsibility. This approach helps us keep our prices low and competitive.

  • Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for items that meet the return eligibility requirements.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us for assistance.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at info@safetyapparelzone.com, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags attached).

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
